Microsoft CQD services have recovered and Vantage DX Data Analysis Dashboards are retrieving available data.

Affected customers can expect current and future call data to display in their Vantage DX Data Analysis Dashboards. Please note that call data from September 09, 16:00 UTC to September 11, 02:00 UTC, may remain limited for some customers.

Some Vantage DX customers may experience delays or missing call data in their Vantage DX Data Analysis Dashboards.
