Microsoft CQD services have recovered and Vantage DX Data Analysis Dashboards are retrieving available data.

Affected customers can expect current and future call data to display in their Vantage DX Data Analysis Dashboards. Please note that call data from August 28, 15:30 UTC to August 29, 16:00 UTC, may remain limited for some customers.

Vantage DX has detected a decline in available call record data in Microsoft CQD, for customers in the United States.

Some Vantage DX customers may experience delays or missing call data in their Vantage DX Data Analysis Dashboards.

Our team is actively monitoring the situation and we kindly ask that you open a CQD support request with Microsoft.
