Martello will be performing a scheduled upgrade of all Vantage DX systems.
Customers can expect approximately 20 minutes of downtime during the period when their upgrade occurs. The upgrades will be performed outside of business hours for your region.
Release highlights:
This release introduces an improvement to the way that Vantage DX proactively monitors Teams audio calls. Vantage DX Monitoring robots have been updated to connect to Azure Communication Services (ACS). ACS is the underlying infrastructure that supports the Teams application. By using this connection, the robots can access the entire Teams communication platform, which will allow for expanded functionality in the future.
