Martello will be performing a scheduled upgrade of all Vantage DX systems.
Customers can expect approximately 20 minutes of downtime during the period when the upgrade occurs. The upgrades will be performed outside of business hours for your region.
The highlight of this release of Vantage DX is that you can now schedule the distribution of Service Level Agreement reports. This saves IT time and helps them to better manage stakeholder expectations, with a regular view of how Teams performance is meeting agreed upon SLAs. These reports also provide valuable data for building the business case for new investments in infrastructure that will improve Teams performance.
