Martello will be performing a scheduled upgrade of all Vantage DX systems.
Customers can expect approximately 20 minutes of downtime during the period when their upgrade occurs. The upgrades will be performed outside of business hours for your region.
Feature Highlights: Proactive Monitoring and Troubleshooting Capabilities for Teams Phone - Proactive Monitoring for Teams Phone: You can now use Vantage DX Monitoring robots to continually test the availability and quality of the Teams Phone workload. This new capability means that you can be aware of performance and connectivity issues before they affect your users. - Troubleshooting Capabilities for Teams Phone: When you configure monitoring for Teams Phone, Vantage DX Monitoring robots place test calls at pre-determined intervals. Vantage DX displays the Microsoft Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) data that is associated with these test calls; this allows you to troubleshoot the causes of poor or failed test calls by correlating them with the conditions that affect call quality.
