At 16:30 UTC on February 25, 2025, Vantage DX began generating the following alert related to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD SSO): “The remote name could not be resolved: 'autologon.microsoftazuread-sso.com.’” An issue with Azure AD SSO meant that VDX Monitoring robots were unable to log into Azure, and Vantage DX Analytics was unable to connect to the Microsoft CQD.
At 19:00 UTC on February 25, 2025, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD SSO) 'autologon.microsoftazuread-sso.com' appears to have recovered and Vantage DX alarms have subsided.
