Martello will be performing a scheduled upgrade of all Vantage DX systems.
Customers can expect approximately 20 minutes of downtime during the period when their upgrade occurs. The upgrades will be performed outside of business hours for your region.
Feature Highlights: Enhanced troubleshooting capabilities and usability improvements -Correlate Teams call quality with SBC performance: Updates in this release mean that you can correlate data from a Teams call with CDR data from your SBCs. -Enhanced call classification: MOS is now included in the call classification criteria. You can set a custom threshold for MOS if you wish. -Improved monitoring of Teams video: Proactive monitoring of Teams video is now included in the Teams Advanced workload. -Interface improvements: You can now access the configuration settings for VDX Monitoring robots from the VDX Analytics interface. -Simplified configuration: If you use Teams Meeting Rooms, a new component is automatically created for you that consolidates meeting room data from your Microsoft 365 subscription and your Microsoft Teams Call Quality Dashboard (CQD).
